Me excited too, this'll be my 5th year involved with the race. Marshalled 2008, raced it 09 & 10, swept it last year and this year doing support crew. The phrase "Jack of all trades, master of none" springs to mind

I've got my mum and dad supporting me this year....they've never crewed and haven't seen me run anything longer than the London Marathon.....but they seem very excited
I haven't told them how hard supporting is *looks around to make sure they are not listening*

It is tough supporting/marshalling but very very rewarding and generally extremely sociable A bit like running the things (or so I'm told).

I have marshalled - it was fun... I could not run it. Ever. Physically. I could not support on it. Emotionally.

SB I think my mum will probably just tell me to put some blusher on my face and brush my hair
Mum and dad were keen to go up so Drew will be up supporting Els which works really well as I can have matilda moments with all of them
