The rugby at the weekend was something to behold, England almost snatching defeat from the jaws of victory will live long in the old memory banks.

Yesterday I cleaned the bikes and did 25 virtual miles on the turbo and I have already passed my 2018 totals for the bike, just goes to show how little I actually did last year.

Still exploring my Welsh rugby approach to Time Trialling but it'll be something like beat everyone on a midweek club TT, spend 6 months singing and bigging myself up before getting gubbed by an unknown Samoan rider at my 'A' race... :-)
