TRO Staying at home with the watter
Fine weekend of Autumnal joy: 2.5k swim, sauna, 3.5k swim, 2 hr Zwatter, 1 hr run, 100 mile bike in that REALOUTSIDEWORLD place. Oh and I have switched IM Florida to IM Cozumel. They are holding IM FL a few hundred miles away from Panama City Beach, a day later but offered other races as well. Cozumel looks stunning, and 2 weeks later. Recovered most of the sunk IMFL costs so it was really which race I fancied and a stunning tropical island beat the new location in Florida, where the swim appears to be a Alligator infested swamp......and who wants to do a race with full of Alligators and Todds.... 18 November * IM Cozumel (TRO) |

6.1 miles from sea level to 400 feet is not a traditional climb. I will post pictures of the modified and compromised HC bike later
