Battlecat Aug 2016 7:56am, 5 Aug 2016 5,016 posts	0 Battlecat Arrrrrrrghhhhhhhhhh. Can't believe I decided against the Ely Smackdown! I blame Ironman and Leeds for this entirely. Todays swim set was to swim every swim distance from the Olympics (mens and in the pool only, no 10k or anything) A bit knackering to say the least, and I skived a bit of the medley and all the fly. Pretend TT on the new bike tonight. Very interested to see how I compare to my road bike times.
