I have some teacakes in the freezer. They are similar too but, crucially, not exactly the same things as hot cross buns. Therefore to keep my conscience clear I have set up this new thread because I don't want to mislead on the HXB counting thread.

I'm not sure such a thing exists in the town, McG, but I can buy them at the nearest supermarket 8 miles away and they call them "teacakes"
