I shouted at lots of people too - was lovely going down that hill. I seem to have worked harder than I thought, my quads are shouting at me today! I did go out and run another 7 miles in the afternoon - but they were very easy miles.

Hats of to you all, it wasn't easy! The bridge at the bottom of Box Hill is under water today! I did consider giving wine out at Denbies for the individual runners as well as for the relay runners as they finished, but I thought I would keep it to the Bacchus in September
