But i guess it's in the error margin maybe? Will you use only new activities for this, or will you scrape history too to connect activities and routes?

It should only be matching routes to training entries where there is a less than 5% difference in distance (along with various other checks). I'm curious to see your route and training entries.

Then you have two ways of comparing different normal routes.”

I have a large route library, because having a route with a picture attached is the way of making a candidate for the Route Of The Day Gallery. So I expect to continue to get lots of close but false matches. I don't want to delete my dozens (if not scores) of variations because they would then disappear from ROTD candidates.
