It does look very familiar but I don't think I've ever noticed it's a bench! Is it where the path leaves the canal towards Copse Road and the footbridge into Goldsworth Park?

Yes, that's the one Stu...just after the footbridge into Goldsworth Park, by the bit to Copse Road.
