Well done Andy and good luck today in your new job!
Ymee that run sounded lovely, sorry you had a bad night though. LD I hope you get your run in!
I had a terrible night, cough cough cough, so have rung in sick. I hate to do it but I feel so poorly. Maybe I will be better tomorrow! *thinks positive thoughts*

Morning all and that was a shock when the alarm went off this morning. Gorgeous sky on the drive to work though.
Good luck and well done Andy, and nice early run Ymee.
Club speed session for me tonight - legs will protest but they need to get used to it lol.

Good Andy
GWS Lemon - this coughy thing is bloody horrible
Corrah - Crichton wouldn't take me much longer to get to than Keswick - and it's a later start. I might be tempted if the weather behaves
Back to work tomorrow, today is all housework and shopping for proper food *yawns*

Morning all. Fingers crossed for Andy on both the job and the not-smoking.
Woke up in a bit of a panic when I realised the alarm hadn’t gone off, and then just as I was about to get up I remembered that I’d booked the day off

Also now on the thread league table - I wonder if I was on 0700 too? I reset last night and appeared a wee bit later
