RH Thanks Rosehip I think I may have a look to find one of those, maybe on Amazon or somewhere similar would be good to have something physical to track my progress in as well as keep my Marathon training plan in!

That's it - mine is a rather cute lilac/lavender colour.
How are you getting on with yours B? Who else had one?
Written by two women athletes RA - quite female oriented in some ways, but equally appropriate in others - as far as I've read anyway.

I try to remeber to fill it in each evening. I like looking back at what I have done, also find the bit at the start of the week asking for goals/challenges is useful as is the weekly review. I've still not read much of the other stuff in it. I need to read the bit about goals and set some!
