It will be fantastic if he can complete all three rounds but three sub-24s would really set a very high bar for others, whatever form of transport they use. Cumulative time on the rounds he is so far pretty much level pegging with Mike Hartley (JK 44.49, MH 45.02) though MH did his in less elapsed time. Mike managed 33.30 for the Ramsay and a total elapsed time of 3 days 14 hours 20 mins i.e. less than 8 hours rest between the rounds, none of this bimbling along on a bike
