Just let me know. These are eccentric exercises a club mate showed me years ago

The ones I'm doing involve standing on a step and gradually lowering down, with a straight leg, and with a slightly bent leg. Are there others worth trying?

If there are some others that help, I’d be interested too, if you want to share? Left Achilles is a right whinger.

Ellis Bland posted on fb:
"unfortunately this weekend was not the weekend and I called it a night at Honister due to a problem with my foot that I new would deteriorate on the rough into Wasdale.
A beautiful day and the support as always from the FR community as strong as always.
Rest assured I’ll be back to have crack at it!"

Just been sent this fantastic photo of the round I was supporting yesterday ascending Lords Rake. (Not sure who took it because all my party are in the picture). I'm the red dot about half way on the right hand size. I possibly won't show it my mother! 😂 mind LR was good, the West Wall exit however was a mass of new loose rock and felt as iffy as I've known it.

Is that a Pennine vest on the lad by the person in pink trousers? Looks to me as if another attempt was just behind your group ff

Think the person in red/yellow is wearing a yellow t-shirt with once of those Salomen vest-type bumbag things.
I've never been up Lord's Rake, so no idea what it's actually like. Is that loose scree at the bottom?
Looks ok from there on up, with a minor scramble at the top?
