My young lad did the Étape at 10 this morning. 4800ish riders. He started at 3900 and finished at 2749, in 1:08. Not sure I can do it without some serious weight-doping!!
In other news, I’ve zwatted 2 routes in ‘Richmond, VA’ for an hour of exercise.

Great news TRO. I’m on etape now. Looking at the Colnago tomorrow. (1030?).
Shame about the race but well done Gobi.
I ran 2km to and from the local lake. Same 800m round the 700m loop. 19 deg c. Took breath away on entry. Only planned to do 400 but felt good so did the big loop which I then regretted! 23 min - not quick. Nice change.
Really struggling at the moment hence limited interaction. Put all the kilos back on. Got a plan for July though and then on holiday.
