But i don't like the idea of running 3.5m, stopping for half hour for the pre-race shenanigans, then running a decent 13.1, a short pause while I get my goody bag, etc then getting the legs going again for another 3.5m !! Call me fussy ....

It was you on the out and back - hello again I was well impressed by the lack of loo qs before the race but the race itself was a lot lumpier than I expected (I live in Lincolnshire so a molehill IS a mountain!). Can I tick you off in my sticker book?!

I had a great run - wasn't going for any sort if time at all - as I was using this as just another VLM training run, but I felt good, felt strong and ended up with a PB. Which was nice. Good course, good support, a smattering of Fetchies so all in all a very pleasant morning !!
