I think you need Fetch to fix those two as they're parkruns.
Or run somewhere else instead!

hey y'all......
email in the Hazlehead parkrun inbox saying that aberdeenshire council are looking to parkrun to set up in the Deeside area. maybe Aboyne/Banchory type way.
anyone in the area who might be interested in forming a core team should email the local ambassador. PM for his details. best not put his email up on site.

Given the uptake at Stonehaven I wonder if there's a need for another rural one.
People in Banchory go to Stoney for shopping so I'd assume if they wanted to, they'd go for a parkrun, no? Clearly from the numbers, they don't....

I spoke to LesleyC about this as she lives there and she said there isn't a park big enough in Banchory. They would have to have an out n back along the Deeside Way. She said there had been mutterings about setting one up but no one is committed. It needs someone really keen like wkp to start it up.
I have a good feeling about this Saturday at Stonehaven. We are having a bring a buddy week and there had been lots

Posted too early!
There has been lots of interest online.
Do people really come to Stonehaven for shopping from Banchory? I think Banchory has better shops!

Our parkrun might not be easy but it is good training and very friendly. I wouldn't change it.
