Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Plenty of trails around the Knock of Frustration zp. Very snowy last time I was there. Lots of hills in the town any way you go!

I had a brilliant winter run a year or two back alongside Glen Turret reservoir. You could run up from town or drive up (it's a couple of miles out along a bit of a potholed track) then there's a good trail along the eastern side of the reservoir. You'll get wet feet crossing a few of the streams coming down off the hills :-)

I guess this thread is now defuct.

Now off to bed. Never had to work on the 1st before, even abroad. But the sore teeth of Inverness will not pull themselves.

Moderate alcohol intake fail. Next year I will get blootered as per usual.

Work was crazy so sensible Hogmanay activity was warranted.
