And in greatest tradition of Fetch and club mass psychosis, I too have entered Porty Promathon, despite having no idea what my missus has planned for NYD and whether I am actually going to be able to do it! Ach weel, a wee donation of £7 to MND charity at the worst! G

No it was quite a mixed bunch doing it super fast, not maybe as many students as you would think.
In the changing room I overheard an auld boy's conversation (whilst thinking "get a move on you're sitting in front o ma locker!") which was aboot his sub-7s at the Neil McCover - I later realised he must have been the guy whos time there was "HOW fast for a ultra vet?".

Hi davie.
I tried a hard parkrun, XC combo once. PB at parkrun, disaster at XC. Now before XC I run like an Event Director and check out how the middle of the pack are getting on.
