If anyone fancies a wee trail race down Greenock way - Inverclyde Athletics is hosting a 7km around Loch Thom. protay.co.uk

Was on the Cramond Island causeway last night & I’m Mr Magoo sans specs and never recognised her. She was giving encouragement to all the runners 😀
