Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I had a second place when on holiday in Florence. That was my one chance for a win but I blew it.

You need to take a trip west Bazo, I've got 3 firsts at Ayr and none of them under 20 mins.

I thought that was a deceptively hard course tbf.

You'd have been a cert for 2nd at Girvan Prom yesterday Ally-C. Pick a crap weather day, make sure Sunbed Athlete is running and 2nd is in the bag.

Glad you had good conditions - course a bit exposed?
Not bad as It's hemmed in by trees.

Agree Ayr is quite tough but 3 1st finishes for me in 15 runs there, vs 2 in 35 everywhere else, is testament to the relatively small/weak field (often). And I know Bazo to be similar 5k pace to me.

Used to be a great race there on Boxing Day. My only visit other than a curry back in the 80s
