Psoriatic or Rheumatoid Arthritis

I've been having several joint issues and haven't been able to run for a while now. I've just started on Methotrexate and hoping that in a couple of months things will have stabilised. Is there anybody out there that has been diagnosed with either of these conditions? If so, I was wondering how this condition effects their running, and if so how they manage it. Any tips or info much appreciated. Thanks.

It’s hard and sometimes I can’t run but I just do what I can. MTX didn’t suit me but it works for a lot of people. PM me if you want.
