The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

I've asked Fetch to sort you two out about payment, I don't do that bit. I'm just the packing/posting minion. :-)

The thing is Dave, it's really variable in terms of how much stock sells. The pre-ordering helps that alot...but with the red stock, I just do a monthly order and try to make sure that the sizes don't sell out. For instance in august we've probably only sold 2 or 3 red tops (probably because of hols and the black vests)...and then one week I'll get an order for 5 mediums and they'll all go...it's a tricky one...

Katie - yeah, it's weird like that. I guess it's just a case of someone - whether you or your supplier - increasing the number held in reserve, in the confidence that the site's not going anywhere, and they'll sell eventually, so you're protected against that freak high-order month. And/or arranging restocking orders more often.

You'd have thought your supplier would be happy to do that for you. I'm sure you'll be one of their biggest customers.
