Pain down left leg. Why?

Back in January, whilst running, I tore my right calf badly. Obviously, for a while, I was weight bearing on my left leg whilst walking.

I now have pain on the left side. A little twinge just below the waistband at the back. And a much more twingy left quad.

Is this just the result of over compensating?

You probably got your pelvis out of whack...

Have a look at youtube, there are some videos showing how to solve that... Alternatively a visit to a physio, if you dont feel confident to DIY it.
