Thank you all. I'd like to say I picked the clue with that in mind, but to my eternal shame it didn't occur to me until I realised Grep had given the last answer. It's wonderful how things just fall together, sometimes.

MA, dry and sunny in the oil capital I think but someone has helpfully put a scaffold pole directly across the front of the camera so all I can see really is steel.
