I had my first date with Mrs Nico on a Wednesday night in March 1996, at an Italian restaurant on Derby Road in Nottingham. (Amarone if you're interested, still there, but has been boarded up for about 5 years ). The restaurant was nearly empty, just me and Mrs Nico (plain old Miss Kind in those days) and two tables away, Kevin Campbell and his agent. I can't report what they were talking about, but he did put away 2 MASSIVE plates of pasta. No selfie I'm afraid, because this was 1996 and the word (like camera phones) hadn't been invented.
