nellers and frobes beat me to it on the spock stakes. ;-)

speaking as someone who works for a company that makes sports drinks, I can tell you the main reason someone well known is endorsing it is because that person is being paid large sums to do so.

save yourself money. drink a pint of milk instead.

binding? binding to what? and why? surely if the sugars bind then you can't digest them which sort of defeats the object....

I believe in magic. I am sceptical about recovery drinks though.

Well I say sceptical, what I mean is that I have not done any research on them so know nothing about their reported effectiveness.
