I had a bit of a mare of a race - but Mr AL stormed to a PB despite his shoelaces coming undone and his phone falling into a puddle! Is anyone else's finishing text about a triathlon???
becca7 Oct 2016 2:32pm, 16 Oct 2016 6,923 posts	0 becca7 I enjoyed that. Ran it at a slower pace than last week's marathon but I'm happy with that, having had a mild virus for a couple of days. A long sleep yesterday afternoon seems to have helped. Great to meet Nelly! Hope you had a good run.

Great runs Nelly and Mr al. Obviously credit goes to you AL. Couldn't imagine that a week after a marathon becca. Top stuff.
