Yes, I liked the remarks by Simon thingy - the former 100k world champion. He said it's not flat at all and it's not an easy course or words to that effect. Made me feel a whole lot better! :-)

Yeah, I don't think there was any need for swearing about him. I thought he looked a nice chap, pity he got poorly tummy. This was refreshing in a way too though, knowing that even the running machines can get poorly every now and then. :-)
