Does spending two weeks on hols al inclusive with loads of great food and booze available all day count as training? if so, I'm very well trained. I may now struggle to get up the hills, but I should roll down them just great :-)

Also my Missus is coming with me (it's her birthday weekend so I am treating her to a we in the Lakedistrict...ahem) has anyone else got a significant other that is not running that is 'hanging out' in Coniston on Saturday???
