Managed to fall over at mile 8! But got straight back up and no real damage other than grazing my hand. Already signed up for next year!

Anyone (apart from me) doing the Great South Run this weekend? I’ve entered the 5k on Saturday as well as the main run on Sunday. It’s my 3rd time doing this one.
UPDATE : 2024 my 5th time!
