Great stuff loz.Me & Nicky done 6miles of fartlek tues & 15 mile run today,not had time or energy to go further yet !but have a 200k bike ride Sat eve to Sun morn this weekend . Ill be doing the full bike route. I have no idea if I can do it. Who else its doing the bike route? Ill need all the help possible!
