Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Iv met loads of people at races that are signing up for this aswell,it certainly gives a bit of focus to get 'run/bike' fit for the next 5 months.Really enjoying it.

still undecided about whether to do 4 marathons or 2 bikes and 2 marathons, I was so stiff and sore after a long bike ride the other day I'm not sure about 125 miles on a bike twice with marathons in between!

thanks, have had bike set up checked, I think it's just that I haven't done much on bike for ages then did 26 and then 27 miles on the same day. I used to be able to get to 50 miles before it started to hurt in the lower back, guess I will just have to build up, hopefully entries will still be open for a while to enable me to test it out.

Yep, I even changed the stem for a shorter one to make it less stretchy, I think I need to HTFU and get out on the bike more!
