Sunflower I am ok with. Funnily enough, I buy the Aldi one, which is really good and no undesirables in it! Doesn't state gf but doesn't mention any allergens either and I don't react to it.

When out and about, I am going to have to ask what oat milk they use. I am ok with Rude Health too.

It's an absolute minefield isn't it?
Bonkers hard to navigate eating/drinking out, which I have to do a lot for work, and I don't think I'm sensitive to much of the stuff you guys are, stay safe lovely Fetchies xx

It really is a minefield Em and so difficult, every day seems to bring new issues.
Hann - I was just catching up with the thread and was interested by the "rheumatic pains" you describe. Sounds like you and I share some similar issue, I wonder if you have ever tried glutamine? I take 15 - 20g daily and firmly believe it's helped me a great deal.

I had black coffee at my gardening job. Husband bought Oatly barista in stead of Rude Health... And really enjoyed it. No "jips" 
And a total minefield Em!
But I have decided: Saturday morning is baking day. Going to get a sourdough starter going again and bake something sweet for the weekend too, in stead of my French pastry treat.
