Wow - how SLOW do we look in that video. That's about as fast as I can run, and it looks like a blimmin jog!! I guess that's the pace the pros run marathons at, and they look pretty slow on telly. Thanks Steve (and Steve's missus!) |

Well even more depressing B.B. is that the fastest guys run a marathon at 4:45 pace so faster than we were running for just one mile!
