iam in Essex my local does Spitfire whick is nice but i must admit to buying from Asda especially Crooked cat and Speckled Hen. My local Brewery is the Maldon Brewery.

My son had a Speckled Hen yesterday. it was really nice, haven't had one of them for years (He didn't offer me his other bottle though!!!!)

Went out yesterday, a few lovely pints of Youngs Special, then a couple of ride before hitting the 99p a pint Courage Best in Wetherspoons.
I don't remember too much after that

I had a sip after I'd poured it out for him (that way I knew I'd get a taste!) I had a bottle of Marston's Double Drop, which was also nice, but not quite as much!!!

Real cider quite often gets included at real ale festivals - so i don't see why not!!

On the subject of Real Cider - Aspalls from Suffolk is very nice and becoming more widely available too these days. Might even be a bit too mainstream for some of these real ale festivals now!
