I need to decide whether to do the Duchy, and risk knackering myself for Brighton, or if possibly not being able to do long runs would knacker Brighton anyway and I should go for broke this weekend. I am heartened by the arrival of my Fetch buff. Mixed news on weather. It looks fine and cool, which will be good, but the wind is now forecast 14mph Westerly... which is not ideal up on the cliffs...
