The anonymous wildcards are a placeholder, and if I'd had half a brain they'd have come out.

No, meh can't go through. The 'single candidate' thing is an experiment - in the experimental new world anything that fails to out-score meh is eliminated.

If Grep had sorted the World Cup like the average deathmatch, we could have had a shrew-like 17 'England' teams in, but all of the dangerous Latin America sides lumped together as 'Some South Americans'.

Might have helped us go further....perhaps even one of the 17 England sides might have served up some entertaining football...

World cup is in December as Any Fule Kno. We bought our tickets in February I believe.
