Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Thats good news sarah, I sent him a text earlier asking him but he hasn't got back to me yet.Don't worry about the hills, the scenery more than makes up for any undulations. It was the hailstones that got me last year, I only had a vest on & they stung the hell out of me!!!!:) By the by are you doing halstead with him for his 100th?

Yes few of us doing halstead from Dunstable for his 100th, it's a lovely marathon my first one last year, loved it. Dartmoor weather could be anything, very high rainfall in june !! but would n't expect hail, painfull.
Tango Tavistock is lovely, lucky you.

Aye the hail was pretty horrendous, i ended up taking shelter under a tree at it's worst.

Weather is all part of the fun, first time I did this in 06 I got roasted alive in wall to wall hot sunshine and last year was not bad apart from the thunderstorms and the hail - ouch.
