I'm sorely tempted by this one having run the Duchy earlier this year and living "up" the road in Bristol, plus I have family who live in Liskeard could stay the night before? The one problem I have is that I have already entered the Luton marathon on the same day at half price, and thus full price for last year when it was cancelled!!
What to do what to do ?????

Apologies to those who have also pondered the above question have just gone through the thread from start to finish..............
Think I'm doomed to never to run the Luton Marathon, had to pull out around 07-08 can't remember which one due to a dodgy belly the day before!!

Louis - you could be doomed to one of Britain's most scenic marathons and the problem is, that once you do it, you'll find like me, paul a, plodding hippo, blue wombat, flying leek and many more fetchies, doing it again and again. That is if it doesn't hail and snow on you, hasn't done that for a few years, so we must be due a bad 'un :-).

Do it Louis, you won't regret it.............and it will happen, unlike Luton where they will take your money, cancel it and not offer a refund.

Yeah exactly it must be our turn soon. Funnily enough I've been hailed on more in the summer up round Colliford lake than in the winter. In the winter the ice is usually the worst problem.
