The fact Trev ordered salad in an Irish bar in Munich kind of tells you everything you need to know about him (and also the fact Nico scoffed it tells you everything you need to know about him)

He actually ordered burger and fries, the salad was garnish. He called it rabbit food and asked if I wanted it and when the guinness was the equivalent of £8 a pint (in 1996), free salad was a bonus.

I had dinner with Trevor Brooking once. Didn’t particularly warm to the chap, but he could stick the wine away fast enough.

Trevor Brooking was very polite but a bit dull. Ray Stubbs was very chatty and funny, while John Motson was pissed and trying to cop off with a couple of young blonde sorts

Ray Stubbs being funny is not something I can deal with, mentally. Same with Adrian Chiles.
Struggling a tad with Motty as a pissed lech as well I have to say.....
