I have been stuck at my PC all day and am still resting my ouchy leg but you lot have inspired me to go and do some hip work for a few minutes to counteract all the sitting and give my eyes a break.

Well done all. Lots of good stuff going on.

Decided to still do a long run on my day off, even though my event is postponed (no surprise there). Planned to do 2 hours with the aim of covering 12 miles. Managed 12.09, hard work towards the end.

That sounds like a great plan sallykate - I need to do some stretching myself.

Just back from a run - only did 3 miles as the weather is what my nan would describe as 'mucky'. Will try and go out again tomorrow.

I'm going to aim to do it every day during February. I won't, but if I set an alarm on my phone for 12.30 each day it'll at least get me out of my work chair for a few minutes.

I had a go at leg deadweight. Wobbly. Clams were ok though. And I like the dead bugs and side planks. I can’t do too many new ones at a time or I spend all my available energy squinting at screens trying to work out what I should be doing
