It's a way of measuring fitness. It is used by sports teams and services such as police and fire service to determine minimum entry levels. My son's football team did it last week so I thought I'd have a go. It's a lot harder than it looks

You use an app. That's a another reason I was slow, I was holding my phone in my hand.

When our football team did it we had a pair of indoor bluetooth speakers paired with a phone delivering the bleeps.

Just had details of my Christmas bonus (not difficult as I'm the ont that processed the payroll!).

Ds2 did a bleep test in PE the other day and he was shocked at some of the kids’ scores, he did pretty well but it plays to his strengths since he plays tennis which is lots of short sprints

I would do one myself but my hamstring doesn’t like running fast or going uphill so I’m listening to it for a few more weeks

You don't actually have to run very fast, and you should definitely not try it on a hill
