It's my brand new lovely Runderwear bra (worn twice) but I expect the scissors will come out.
About to try and have a bath. I stink and can't tell what's dirt and what's bruising!

6 wet and windy miles done this morning, feeling much more spring in my step now that nasty lurgy has passed.
