Happily, these shorts have Proper Pockets so will bring phone with me as olde-fashioned timer. Just one other spotted Fetchie so far - richmac is marshalling. Have promised not to wave a large magnet near him...

I did a training run of the course a few weeks back and did it in 55 minutes so I'm super chuffed with today's 48 minutes. Hope everyone is having a great race day. I'm now off to paint.

I did however have a really lovely time, the last sports massage has fixed my legs and the scenery and Marshalls and most of all the company made it lovely I did have to seek help at one point from a marshall as the gate was padlocked. She explained about the stile. I am a city girl at heart

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2018 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
