Great running from Carp, Bint, LD, and all the others that got out today.
JC, it's White Star Running. Apparently someone picked up my medal today as they had finally arrived.

To be fair nobody in the pub seemed to give two hoots about the match after the first couple of goals so if they noticed me laughing they wouldn't have cared. I'm sure there some wry smiles around the place.

for Pothunter. Youngest Son had a similar experience today; PB at Bath half marathon, with his real target (that he's been conscientiously training for) being BLM. His fiancée ran her "worst hm ever" (extenuating circumstances, - has a cold, also a recent bereavement; grandmother: they were very close). Elder Daughter did just over 2 hours and was happy with that. I was busy shuttling back and forth across a bridge over the river so as to cheer them on as they passed the ends of it.

Well done for getting out there Mrs h after a setback the starting again is always a bit demoralising

LG longest run that's fabulous
Well done everyone else who got out there or who spurred on spurs
Shit family showdown was today so today has been tears and gardening god help us all. I was afraid I'd be totally immobilised after but I got most of what I needed to say across. I fear my mum will be a lot lower but I have nothing left for her yet. I will try and do a little run tomorrow

Walked into Reading and back from TVP to go shopping with ds2 and we spotted JC's baby brother running along the Thames. Small world!
