I’ve segued to Living in the Past which is a pleasant pop song masquerading as a prog rock classic.

Same year, I think. I've read that Anderson set it in 5/4 to cut down on its appeal to the pop audience. So tricky to categorise chameleon bands like JT!

I’ve gone down a massive (and enjoyable) rabbit hole here - thanks Mr W.

Currently listening to Pull Me Under by Dream Theatre - which was preceded by the rather splendid Backlight Shine by The Mars Volta.

What would we have done before Wikipedia? Leafing endlessly thro' copies of MM, NME & Sounds? We are replete with musical byways!

BTW, I have some 'Mars Volta' vinyl, red iirc, bought for investment 20 or more years ago.

Found via Stuart Maconie's Tw*tt*r: February 1966's Marquee listings.

With the question: you can chose only one of these to go back and see - which one?

(Personally, I was interested to see Peter Bardens Quartet listed at the bottom of one bill - he was later a founder member of Camel.)
