Local fundraiser & keen running enthusiast for over 30yrs.
NOTE : This group has no official affiliation with the aforementioned school.
Tvidale Trotters strive to get up and get active by walking and running in the local area.
We get together on a weekly basis with a choice of walking or running for fitness. A mixed group of folk wanting to increase their fitness levels and general well-being by adding more exercise to their weekly routine.
At present we meet in the main entrance at Tividale Hall Primary School on Monday’s (Runners Only) and Thursday’s (Walkers/Runners). Ideally, anyone wishing to come along should arrive from 6.00pm onward's for a prompt 6.30pm start.
Walker's and Runner's routes are usually between 3 & 5 miles all depending on your level of fitness and you should expect to be out for at least 1hr.
Comfortable light clothing, trainers and a drink are recommended.
Consultation with your own G.P is also recommended especially if you have any medical concerns that may be effected by increased exercise.
