I'm a runner, I run for freedom and clarity of mind. I passed the need for PBs many years ago, now I just go with the flow and listen to my body.
Running started in 1985 for me, when I wanted to be good at a sport. It's still going now; it stopped being something I do a long time ago, it's now just a part of who I am.
