Done sprint tris (400m indoor, 20k, 5k) Also an olympic distance event in Iceland (came last, but finished) Fairly regular at Damhusengen parkrun 5k Was aspirational to do a 1.2, 56, 13.1 KM tri distance (don't ask ...........) - done it now !!! DQ’ed from a half Ironman - expensive swim Did Copenhagen half marathon  otherwise generally unfit - likes beer, apres ski, snowboarding, skiing (in that order LOL) |
