Had a ruck of bad luck this year including being knocked off my bike in May. Have been running for as long as I can remember and whilst I'm no racing snake I do enjoy it. Have completed four marathons London twice Dublin and last year Edinburgh. Still have'nt managed to break the four hour mark but then I've always run with others. Completed numerous half marathons over the years most recently the Liverpool and one in Vancouver as part of the World Police and Fire games.
Looking to form a running club in work come the New Year to give me a focus and help others get the bug and experience the high that comes with running.
