Started running when I was 40 with a 10km goal - achieved this and 5 years on still running and loving it. Ultimately want to run a marathon! I am more of a plodder doing 10 minute miles but my new orthotics should make me faster!! Lost 2.5 stones in weight over the past 12 months so very happy and looking younger IMO!!
